Since founding Movizmo Coaching Solutions, he has delivered AI governance programmes across the public and private sector, training hundreds of professionals globally on AI adoption, leadership and organisational readiness.

Alan is the Founder of ai-compliance.app and one of Ireland's most active voices on practical AI compliance. He has spent the last three years working directly with SMEs, multinationals and public sector bodies on AI governance and EU AI Act readiness.
A fractional COO and mentor with over 15 years in business and marketing, Alan holds a Machine Learning certification from Stanford University. He is also a keen supporter of the arts and a professional audio engineer.

Gonzalo is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building innovative B2B technology solutions. He has worked with public bodies including the Department of Education and municipalities across the EU, and has been involved in CircularAI, an EU-funded project supporting public bodies in their transition to the circular economy through the practical use of AI.
